Due to increase order value and the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than usual to fulfill the order. We are working to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipment Processing The
All orders are processed within 12-24 hours in business days. Shipping time will depend on locations, availability of the item and Local Jurisdiction Regulations. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then for any further help, you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.
However, you agree and understand that the experiences are personal to those particular users, and these experiences may not be representative of everyone’s experience with that product and/or service. Your individual results may vary.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available The Moment”
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But if your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
VitaVida Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
