I recently had surgery, and I have been taking these to help. I know that the ingredients are good for me, and the Bromelain helps to reduce scarring and bruising. While I have nothing to compare it to (I am not going to have another surgery just to see the difference! ha), I believe that it has helped keep my own scarring to a minimum. These are gummies, so very easy to take, and they taste pretty good as well. After finishing the bottle, I feel a lot better (as well as I can, obviously) and I am glad that I got these.
